Garden visitors

With spring heating its way toward summer {we get lovely days, and then we roast, it’s a whole thing}, the garden is once more a bustling critter metropolis. The pollinators have returned, as have other less savory visitors {there was a very large black snake in my green beans and I was not amused. Thankfully it may have just been passing through?}. Happily, the bunnies have resumed their evening antics – and I’ve seen my first baby bunnies of the season.

Watching the natural world come “back to life” as the days lengthen and the weather warms is one of the simple delights I’ve learned to cherish. I hope you’ll enjoy this collection of garden visitors – minus the bunnies, who cannot sit still long enough for their portrait to be taken.

What visitors have found their way to your gardens?
