One of the best things about Summer in the garden is the abundance of fresh produce. Being able to run out and harvest what we need for a meal is both fun and satisfying, and nothing tastes like homegrown. Especially the tomatoes.
Since we’ve been eating very well this month, I thought I’d share some of our favorites. If anything catches your fancy and you’d like a recipe/more information, drop a comment – we love to share our process, and I’m working on creating some more kitchen/cooking related content.

This recipe will be posted soon.

We have been thoroughly enjoying the fresh produce, with lots of pastas and salads. I finally got to indulge in an amazing BLT as well, but it was not photographed {maybe next time}.
How have you been devouring the flavors of Summer?
For real, I want every single one of these meals! They all look delicious. And all that fresh, seasonal produce. *Chef’s kiss*

That pesto chicken pasta looks amazing. Well, it all does but particularly that! Lol. We have not eaten enough summer foods yet. Maybe in August we will fix that!

Oh it was SO good – we are definitely making more pesto while the basil is growing rampant. Hopefully you get to eat all the Summer goodness in August! 😀

Looks amazing! The Mexican Street Corn Dip looks so good and you’ve given me some ideas as to what to do with all these cherry tomatoes!

I’ve thought about sharing some baking related posts before then never gotten around to it 🙈 maybe one day. This all looks amazing though. I’m not sure what I’d highlight as the most tempting. Maybe the Cantina bowl as I don’t think I’ve tried one before but I’ve loved similiar salad style bowls that I’ve had.

Ooooh, I love baking posts! 🙂 The cantina bowls were so good – we do them a lot, sometimes with a base of rice, sometimes just whatever we’ve pieced together. Yummmmy.
